Club Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:  4-H Club Leader

Club leaders meet with their members once a month or more.  The schedule for meetings is determined by the leader and members of the club.  The club leader works with members and their families to coordinate club activities and projects. Such divisions are based on the volunteer's interests and skills, and may include leading educational programs, coordinating field trips, organizing fundraising projects, or planning for community service activities.

  • Time Commitment: Most club leaders spend about 5-10 hours per month planning for club activities and meeting with the club members.
  • Requirements:  Application, background screening and attendance at New Leader Orientation.
